Passionate autodidact, Claude juggles with his many professions, so different and yet complementary. Carpenter, organic farmer and hotelier, he provides the restaurant with premium lamb meat, designs the interior design of the establishment and offers unfailing support to the entire Bivouac Napoléon team.
